[FSE] Project Planing and Status Part 1

Dobrý den,

podle mého upozorňuje na dodržování pravidel bezpečnosti, což ze své vysoké
pozice ve Formula Student Germany musí udělat a taky si tím kryje záda, že
na to upozornil. Rozhodně má pravdu v tom, že vozidlo v té době nesplňovalo
požadavky pravidel z hlediska bezpečnosti např. zmíněný TSAL a další
bezpečnostní prvky, odpojovače atd. Technickou přejímkou by vozidlo neprošlo
a takové vozidlo jezdit nesmí, to se musel ozvat. To kde auto jezdilo je
podle mě druhořadé, jezdec a obsluha byli z hlediska pravidel chráněni
minimálně. Z tohohle pohledu, ten argument, že parkoviště bylo zavřené není
dostatečný. Ve zmíněné odpovědi, i když se konkrétně nevyžaduje bych to
obrátil. Nejprve jej ujistit, že bezpečnost a plnění pravidel je na prvním
místě a že se test za takových podmínek nebude opakovat. Takové vyjádření by
mělo stačit popř. ve druhém odstavci popsat za jakých podmínek probíhal test
a co jsme udělali pro bezpečnost.

Dear Frank Röske,

I can assure you of that the parking house was closed by its owner for the
purpose of the test drive. The only participants of the test were team-mates
that were taking care about the course of test and that were paying
attention to no one cross the fence that was marking and separating the test
place entrances from the ambient world.

I can also assure you of our acceptation of your recommendation and that all
the following tests will be done after all safety requirements for the car
that are prescribed by FSE rules will be met.
