Zdravím,
Dnes bola položená otázka, že čo to znamená Fail-Safe. Jednalo sa o 
vybíjací obvod traction systému.
Bolo mi doporučené, až napíšem mail a nechám si to vysvetliť.
Tu je ten mail, skontrolujte, či ho môžem poslať vo forme akej je:

Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to ask you a question about rule 7.23."Furthermore the 
discharge circuit has to be fail-safe."
Could you explain what does it mean ?
We plan using discharge resistor and discharge relay (normally closed 
type). Is this system
considered as fail-safe?
