[FSE] Team member moved to alumni member list

[Formula Student Germany]

Hello CTU CarTech (FSC) members,
Hello CTU CarTech Electric (FSE) members,

Michal Řada was active member in both of your teams.

Since we merged the websites of Formula Student Combustion 
and Formula Student Electric to one site, it is not allowed 
anymore to be an active member in the FSC- and FSE-team at 
the same time.

So we moved Michal Řada 
to the alumni member list of the 

	FSC-team.
