[FSE] New frame around motor controller

Dear Gergely Lágler,
I am sending you modifications of the frame in the rear part. Do you think if these modifications are sufficient for FSH and FSAE rules? We added 2 tubes 20x1 mm to protect main hoop n case of rollover.
