[FSE] New frame around motor controller

Dear Zdenek,

the basic idea is ok, BUT those stiffening elements on the back end
have to be much bigger. I understand, that the rockers limit the
available space there, bit the stiffening elements should be as big as
possible. You can decide if you use bigger plates or maybe tubes.
