Dear Team Leader,

I am sending you a teams table with the updated situation of documents
& information submission of the last deadline. I have highlighted in
red the pending things and in yellow the incomplete ones.

As regards to the information about the size of the van/truck, please
be informed that I absolutely need to have the pending information
within the end of this week, in order to organize the teams entrance
in Varano. Teams who will not respect the deadline will be put at the
end of all the events in Varano.
