[FSE] FS Hungary - ESF - CTU in Prague

Dear Formula Student Team of Czech Technical University in Prague,

I am writing about your ESF documentation for the FSH event. Reading your
documentation I could not be sure that the following parts  of your ESF
documentation  fulfill the requirements of the  official ESF and FS Hungary
regulations: (http://fshungary.hu/rules-and-important-documents-2012)

Accumulator :

   - Does it meet the requirements of the B19.13.1, and B19.13.2 ?
   - Appropriate figures of the accumulator where the cells are shown
   properly, and a picture from the inside of the accu pack missing
   - Figure  of the  accu position in the car, is that inside the frame?
   B19.13.4 Any energy storage container, HV system wiring and HV
   systemcomponents must be contained within the frame
   - More details about the HV cables.

Motor Controller :

   - Missing picture about the position in the car.
   - How the HV and LV parts galvanically isolated?

Motors:

   - Does not specify how to ensure the water resistance.


I  kindly ask you to respond this letter in case that you received it. Your
ESF will be refused to accept on 2012.07.27. You will have 10 days to
correct the shortcomings.
