Dear Team Leaders,
I would like to remind you the next deadlines in June:****

**·         ***June 6th – Impact Attenuator Data, Design Report & Design
Spec Sheet*****

**·         ***June 13th – Camping confirmation & payment*

**·         ***June 27th - Student Activity Disclosure Form***

    *-* *Final team members list*

*    - Cost report*

All files, no bigger than 1 MB/each,  must be sent to formula.sae na ata.it.
The submission must be named as follows: Car number_team name_ school
name_IAD/Design Report/Design Spec Sheet/etc..****

As regards to the final list of team members, please take note that I need
to receive the following documents within the deadline:**

*1. Final team member list. *Please fill in the annexed .xls form.
Additional team members, more than 25 included in the registration fee,
must pay an extra fee of Euro 33,80/each. Please write the TEAM'S NAME on
the bank document. After June 27th no changes will be considered.****

*2. Medical Insurance & Emergency Contact Form* filled in by all *TEAM
MEMBERS* and sent together with the scanned copies of the health insurance
certificates and identification documents such as ID or passport. Please
collect everything in .pdf files no bigger than 1 MB. *ONLY FACULTY
ADVISORS AND TEAM GUESTS *are not requested either to fill in the form or
to submit documents. Individual medical insurance coverage is required and
is the sole responsibility of the participant.****

Moreover, *EVERY TEAM* must bring the following documents in original for
the on-site registration in Varano:**

*3. ATA limitation of Liability* dully filled in and signed by *ALL TEAM
MEMBERS, FACULTY ADVISORS andTEAM GUESTS*.****

*4.* *FOR DRIVERS ONLY*: *R. Paletti Circuit release and Waiver of
Liability. *The document* * dully filled in and signed shall be delivered
during the drivers on-site registration together with the photocopy of
valid, government issued driver's license containing a photograph.  ****

At last, for those teams who did not communicate it yet, I urgently need to
have the size of the van that will carry their car in Varano on next
September.****
