[FSE] Information about Tc-charger chargers manufacturing ability

Dear Nancy,

at first I want to thank you for our previous cooperation and personally 
to you for very good communication.
And the main thing - now we are planing the next generation of our 
racing car - electric formula - and I want to ask you, if it is possible 
to make charger on attached voltage levels. Also it is lithium battery 
as in previous generation.

chemistry: Lithium (alkaline)
no. of cells: 135
min. voltage level: 364,5 Volts
nominal voltage level: 499,5 Volts
maximal voltage level (fully charged): 567 Volts
expected pcs. of chargers: 2
expected power type: 3 kW type
