[FSE] barcelona smart moto challenge

First let me introduce. I am Emilio Hernández, ETSEIB-MOTORSPORT Barcelona
Formula Student Team Director last five years. Being Catalonia (Spain) a
powerful region for motorcycle sport and industry, I am trying to start a
new type of challenge based on electrical and Internet connected bike. For
the next two years the german company ELMOTO, from Stuttgart, will supply
for free electrical engines, batteries and controllers to the participants
in the event. I will appreciate if you take a look to the challenge site:
