Dear Team Captain!

I would like to remind you for an upcoming deadline, which is 12.00 1st 
of June, 2013.

Until the above mentioned date*Structural Equivalency Spreadsheet 
(SES)*,*Impact Auttenuator Data*, *Electrical Safety Form (ESF)*, 
*Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Student Activity Disclosure 
Form* has to be uploaded.

A 10-slide presentation has to be also uploaded about the state of 
manufacturing, which will be examined by the FSH judge Committee. It has 
to contain photos of the manufactured items (including 1 CAD graphic at 
most) and a detailed schedule about finishing, testing and race preparation.

The expert group will issue written evaluation and give a warning if 
necessary. In case the presented material shows an unsatisfactory 
progress or raises concerns about the design or manufacturing, the team 
in question may be disqualified.

Within a few days you will get a questionnaire about a new project from 
the organizers of Formula Student Hungary. We are currently developing a 
new online platform for you and your teams in order to facilitate 
communication between you and other participants, help you form 
relationships with sponsors and get official information about the 
events. With your contribution we can make sure the outcome will be best 
suited for your needs.
