Dear Faculty Advisor,

Dear Team Leader,

Please find enclosed the static events schedule and the updated entry order
for the set up and pits allocation.

 

We are pleased to inform you that 1 representative for each team is invited
to attend the  DALLARA AUTOMOBILI FACTORY TOUR, on Thursday, August 28,
15:30-18:30. Participant’s name and surname has to be communicated on
arrival at the circuit. 

Meeting point: Reception Area @ Paddock at 15:00.

 

Take note that you will have the opportunity to take the official photo of
your team & car, after having passed all technical inspections and having
received all stickers. 

A dedicated area with the official event photographer will be at your
disposal inside the paddock, near the Staff/Sponsors booths, whereas the
panoramic photo on the truck, foreseen on Saturday, August 30, 18:30-19:15,
will be taken with all team members only.
