[FSE] FSH 2014 - Registration - Payment

Dear Team Captain,

As the registration process nearly ended, now you don't have to do anything
than pay the registration fee - 1100 euro and VAT. We already created a
pro-forma invoice. Based on this you can start the transaction, and when we
got the fee we will also send you the Paid Invoice receipt via email, and
of course via post too.
The PDF attached to the mail is the pro-forma invoice. Please look through
it, and check every details of the payment, then please response to us, and
if everything is clear and fine, please balance the bill.

If you have any further questions, then please contact me directly. If you
already balanced your account, then please read the pro-forma invoice
through again if everything is correct with it, then we will send the paid
invoice receipt.
