Dear Team Member,

On behalf of the FSAE Italy & FElectric Italy Organising Committee, I am 
pleased to confirm you that your camping request has been accepted.

Please take note that *_within May 19^th , 2014_* , you must send me the 
evidence of payment and the list of persons who will actually stay in 
the campsite.

Please take into account that there are some teams in the camping 
waiting list, therefore I ask you to be as accurate as possible on the 
number of people at confirmation time.

Herein annexed, I am sending you the confirmation form with the payment 
details, Varano map and a preliminary layout of the campsite. Available 
camping services will be communicated afterwards.

I am at your disposal for any further information you may need.
