[FSE] Document rejected

Please note that the upload deadline for the ESF documents is July 17,
14:00 (UTC+2:00), and not July 13 (as it was stated in the last email and
on the upload system). We are working on fixing the anomaly - if any point
deduction happens due to this, it will be corrected.
