Dear Faculty Advisor,

Dear Team Leader,

I would like to inform you that a new registration procedure has just 
been created to submit the preliminary and final lists of team members.

Every team member will be able to register for the event in the 
Registered Teams page <http://www.ata.it/node/998/waiting_list>, just 
clicking next to his/her own team name, and fill in the individual 
registration form (facsimile annexed).

A password will be required to enter your team members data: IeLYTyGX.

*_DEADLINES:_*

·*April 13, 2015 - preliminary registration of team members*

·*June 29, 2015 – final registration of team members with personal 
documents**and additional team members/guests payment*

You will have to confirm the previous registration of team members by 
sending all members’ personal documents in a scanned .pdf file (ID or 
passport, drivers license and health insurance).

Additional team members/guests (more than 25 persons) can register on 
line in the Registered Teams page too. Only *_TEAM GUESTS_* do not need 
to indicate their medical insurances and emergency contacts, just put 
“not required” in the compulsory fields. Payment information of 
additional team members/guests can be find in the annexed ATM_G_form.

Cancellations and/or changes in the team list must be communicated by email.
