GENERAL Your ESF is rejected. Please provide a revision within 14 days
2.5.2 Double 20 AWG for current capacity does not sound like a safe plan
, are there fuses? check connector spec , maybe it cannot take
18awg...
2.7.1 FIgure 18: Please provide beter resolution of schematics . I do not
see where is the Light input and our our activate when >60V or AIR
activated.
2.8.2. EV4.4.6 NOTE : TMSP resistivity is 15K , is this a problem ? EV4.4.6
specs 10k for 300V system
2.10 use 300V+ rated resistors . 160V rated resistors in serie will work
but is definitively not a good Eng. practice. All resistors should handle
300V . If 1 resistor fails close , the other one will not be able to handle
the voltage. Paralelle resistor is Good if 1 fails open.( most likely)
2.11.13 EV4.7.1 Please provide beter rending of the HVD. HVD should not
require tool to open ; is there an additionnal key or addition on the HVD
connector?
3.1.10 Is charger compatible with single phase charging?
3.1.10 --> charger spec :
http://www.powerfactor.co.uk/power-supplies/laboratory-power-supplies/high-power-high-efficiency-ps-8000-series/ea-ps-8000-3u/ea-ps-81000-30-3u
3.1.10 --> 2 phase / 3 phases : so NO :) it would be important to remin the
team that there will be no 3phase at the event
3.1.10 -->AND the 2 phase is 340V .. Team need to come with the gas
generator ( or something!) to supply appropriate Vinput
3.1.10 ev8.3.6 Please show picture of your emergency stop button
4.2 EV4.9 Please detail the HV connections( cable /routing/connections) of
the energy box to the Accumulator ( HV)
6.1 EV2.1.2 Please provide detailed rendings that clearly show the motor
casing
6.1.3 Provide rending of rear motors
6.2 EV2.1.2 Please provide detailed rendings that clearly show the motor
casing
7.1 ev2.3.10-11 Please clarify if you use the SPI output or the PWM output.
AS the PWM output is filtered (RC of figure 46) it can be concider as a
ratiometric sensor , for PWM output , please detail operating duty cycle
range ( eg 10% to 85%) 0 /100% should trigger a fault
8.1 EV4.1.7 STEVAL-ISA132V1 is a PFC converter ( AC/DC) not DCDC ... How do
you get it to work properly? please provide visual proof for
spacing/clearance requirement for rule EV4.1.7
8.1.1 EV4.1.7 section 8.1.1 is missing and would provide important
information for compliance to EV4.1.7 , please provide.
Figure 6 How do you supply 24V from DCDC at startup? is DCDC connected in
front or AIR ? Please supply detail connection of DCDC to supply GLV.Figure
6 does not provide enough details
8.2 no section 8.2 : is there some information missing?
