Dear Faculty Advisor,

Dear Team Leader,

I would like to inform you that, for the next deadline of May 18, 2016 – 
ESO & ESA, the Formula ATA website only accepts single files for each 
selected document. Then, upload them using .pdf or zip archive, both for 
ESO and ESA forms.

Please note that max size allowed is about 24 MB. If it is bigger, send 
me it and we will upload it manually.
