Dear all,

I’m verifying with the dept secretaries for the organization, but it seems there’s no issue with the dates.

I understood we were aiming for a full-day meeting, preceded by a half-a-day slack for you to arrive, eventually even meet at Eurecom, but mainly to have a dinner all together. Does that sound right?

I’ll forward you the contact point for the organization, as our secretaries will need to collect some information for your access to the buildings. They can also help you with suggestions regarding hotels a the like.
