For Oulu there will be basically two talks: Tamara and Charbel's works. Those can then be mapped to the right WP/tasks, as we are not following the old proposal's structure (as discussed at Kickoff meeting).

I am attaching a draft of agenda for the upcomming meeting in Prague (CTU) and Ceske Budejovice (BOSCH).
Please let me know following in order to finalize the agenda and plan the meeting:

  *   Suggest any modifications or new items to be added to agenda
  *   Number of participants on behalf of your organization
  *   Place of stay (hotel), commonly recommended hotels close to university (and also airport and not far from city center) are:
     *   Vienna House Diplomat (5 minutes walk from the university, 3 minutes walk to metro and tram, >10 minutes to downtown by metro, and 30 minutes walk to Prague castle) https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/en-uk/vienna-house/prague-czech-republic/vienna-house-diplomat-prague/overview?CID:LC:6qt7c54dekbf1g7:57413
     *   Grand Hotel International Prague (12 minutes walk from the university, 15 minutes walk to metro, 3 minutes walk to tram, and 30 minutes walk to Prague castle) https://www.hotelint.cz/
  *   Preferred time of morning departure to BOSCH on Oct 2 (Wednesday), I assume pick up at the hotel at 8:30 (if you stay in one of those two above) in the agenda, but we can adjust a bit if you feel it is too early :-))
