Dear all,

Our project meeting at EURECOM is approaching fast, and I need some information for the logistics.

* Arrival in Nice is on April the 2nd late afternoon. A dinner is being organized, and I need the total number of people, with names.
=> Please, every partner, could you send me the list of participants?

* Hotel: I am discussing with our secretaries to get a deal with a hotel that is very close to Eurecom (walking distance). This is the hotel: https://moxy.reservationscenter.com/hotel/moxy-sophia-antipolis-4440-route-des-dolines-biot?modal&gad_source=1
=> Please, every partner, could you send me how many persons will likely stay at this hotel?

* Once arrived in Nice airport (NCE), the best way to reach the hotel is by Uber (less expensive than a taxi). Public transport at night is almost absent.

* If you’re staying at the Moxy hotel, going to Eurecom is a 5 minute walk. For the dinner, the best is again to grab a Uber. As soon as I have confirmation for the restaurant, I will share the address.
