Hi all,

I got feedback on VTC2026-Spring in Nice - it should be held during the 
second week of June, most likely from June 9 till June 11.

There will also be workshops organized along with VTC and we are welcome 
to submit a workshop proposal (deadline will be most likely on December 
10). Worshops should be on the very first day of the conference (not 
sure if Monday 8 or Tuesday 9). MUSECOM topics should fit well.

In my opinion, it would be good to organize the project meeting around 
VTC dates. What do you think?

This would allow us to meet also in Oulu early in 2026 (February?) and 
then meet in Prague (CTU) and/or Ceske Budejovice (BOSCH) for demo in 
fall 2026.
