Hi Mehdi,

I also feel that the fee is surprisingly high and IEEE magazines could 
do the job of publicity for free and even better (even if acceptance is 
not guaranteed).

So unless Pietro or Jiri will not be interested, I will reply to the 
company that we do not plan to publish with them.
