The Question is about the rules *B19.13.1, and B19.13.2*, and not about the
rules *B19.3.1 and **B19.3.2.*

I need data about the voltage rating of the HV cables.

The B19.13.4 rule says: "Any energy storage container, HV system wiring and
HV system
components must be contained within the frame and if positioned below
350mm from the ground must be protected from impact by another vehicle
by structure meeting FSAE rule B3.24 or B3.31."
As I can see, the motor controller is not inside the frame. It must be
inside the space that is defined by the main hoops.
It is required to modify the location of the motor controller, or modify
the frame (If it is not inside the space defined by the main hoops).
