Dear Zdenek Houf,
You wrote, that You use HV cable WP21164 from GCE Company. The insulating
material of WP21164 is rubber, and not PVC. Please always be precise, and
please provide the correct datasheet with voltage rating. Please note, that
if the factory data is not acceptable for this application, you can justify
your decision with appropriate calculations.
